Imran Khan
In these days when the captain's role is predominantly bagged by batsmen, it is heartening to note that there are five all-rounders and two bowlers who have the distinction of claiming more than hundred wickets as skipper in the history of Test cricket. Four of these bowler-captains hail from the sub-continent - two each fron India and Pakistan. Topping the list is none other Imran Khan, who enjoys a healthy tally of 187 wickets at an astonishingly low average of 20.26. Our own Bishan Singh Bedi was the quickest to take hundred Test wickets as skipper.
